Bipolar disorder is a complex mood condition that affects about 4% of adults and nearly 2% of children and teens in the United States. It is marked by intense emotional highs (mania) and lows (depression) that can disrupt daily activities, relationships, and school performance.
Pantheon Clinical Research is conducting pediatric bipolar disorder clinical trials in Bountiful, Utah, to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of investigational treatments for depressive episodes associated with bipolar I disorder in children and adolescents. These studies aim to better understand how these treatments can help stabilize mood and improve emotional health in younger patients.
Eligible participants will receive expert medical care, regular evaluations, and ongoing support throughout the study. This research may help advance treatment options and bring hope to families managing this disorder.
